Posting a question or contacting Maestro Rescigno:

As of mid-2004, we were tackling between 3,000 and 4,000 spam messages a week and the growth rate was simply astounding. We sincerely hope that we never actually lost a message, but it is a possibility. We always respond so please write to the new address below if you think we might have missed your message. (The caveat is that we cannot supply career advice or evaluate new compositions.)

Last, if you do not receive a reply to an e-mail, be sure that you are sending your complete and correct return address. We occasionally try to reply and get an “undeliverable” message back. If you are new at this and cannot be sure that your e-mail software is configured properly, just type your e-mail address in the body of your message. We always try to reply.
